What if I’m not ready to close by the closing date?

That’s okay! We structure all our agreements to close on or before the closing date. If you’re ready before the closing date, let us know and we’ll move it up. If you need more time, let us know and we’ll do an addendum to the agreement and extend the closing date! It’s all based on what is easiest for you!
