Do I need to be present at closing?

The escrow company will send you the closing documents, you can go to a local notary to sign or use an online notary like notarize.com. Then overnight the docs back in your prepaid envelope or the online notary sends the fully executed docs electronically. You have a choice to receive your funds by wire or cashier check. Simple and easy!

What if I’m not ready to close by the closing date?

That’s okay! We structure all our agreements to close on or before the closing date. If you’re ready before the closing date, let us know and we’ll move it up. If you need more time, let us know and we’ll do an addendum to the agreement and extend the closing date! It’s all based on what is easiest for you!

What if I have a mortgage, how is it paid off?

It will be paid in full at closing. The escrow company will request a payoff amount directly from your lender or bank. The funds will be dispersed on closing day directly to the lender, and you’ll be provided verification it’s paid off!
