How do you determine what to offer?

We pay condition adjusted market value, as we are primarily buying value add properties. Ideally the properties need improvements or updating, which allows us to add value and generate a profit. Through our proprietary software, we have access to MLS data in every state. We use comparable sales, market data, and property condition to generate accurate offers quickly!
